Many people think EatAspen.com publishes the magazine edibleAspen. We don’t but it would be a nice touch. It has some wonderful articles about Aspen restaurants, organic and local produce in the Roaring Fork Valley.
It is a free publication so I would pick it up if you can. They are in most of the hotels, lobbies, food stores, and just plan around! Pick one up and read it!
