Specials posted below may be out of date. Check with restaurant. Most Aspen Restarants run specials seasonally. The posting date of the special should be recent for it to still be valid. Check the most recent posts on the blog home or at the top of this thread for current posting dates. These archives can give you a good idea of what specials may be available at times.
