Very expensive. 2 lattes a scone and eggs was $26. Lattes were very weak. Needed to pay for extra shots. Mrkblue, Aspen, Colorado 8/9/12

I have to agree with the review stating that the man taking orders was unpleasant…further more he was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. I’m not usually one to write a review and I’m not a picky customer but for this experience I’m making an exception. I ordered food and was told 30 minute wait. I call back an hour after it was supposed to be delivered to politely check in to see if anything was wrong. He scoffes at me and exclaimes “c’mon it hasn’t been THAT long.” I was surpised by his intensity because I was being so polite. I explained myself, “You guys told me 30 minutes so i just wanted to call and check it to make sure everything was alright” to which he replied. “yea, we’re getting it together right now.” No, “i’m sorry for the delay” or “I’m sorry we misquoted you the delivery time” Just plain rude, which I can’t understand because I was being SO nice and understanding. If he can’t handle the stress of running a business that’s not a good excuse to take your frustrations out on your patrons. Very disappointed. J. C. Aspen, Colorado 7/31/12

Well it was pretty bad. Ordered the jerk wings. They wasnt anything jerk flavored about them but they were very tasty. However the menu didnt say it was only 4 but it did say $12. Are you kidding?? its wings! Entrees seemed reasonable for $21 each but they were tiny! 6-7 bites and it over. Flat iron steak was about 5oz! The roast chicken came out soggy and still raw in the thigh and leg. Prices seem reasonable but the portions are tiny so you might as well pay $40 for a entree anywhere else. besides the menu is nothing like their original proposel and its pretty limited on selections. Decor is ok, seemed a bit dingy. everything that was is lost but that may not be such a bad thing. The Server was good and the olden days theme is catchy for aspen. 2/2/12 Local J.
Food is always good, but so sick of having mediocre service that I’m not going back anymore. Took 15 minutes to clear 2 empty plates of Oysters. Waiter did not come to take our dinner order until drinks were empty & appetizers had been finished for 10 minutes. If I were paying $800/night to stay at the Nell, I would be appalled by the service. 2/22/12 Disappointed Again

Rude rude rude!!!!! Had a reservation and was on time with a group of 8 and with a half full restaurant we told we would have to wait, looked at table it was set and ready! Front of house poor. Next a women walked up to table and said “so what do you want” we all thought she was a friend of someone at table….she was the wine girl… Wow could it get worse … Yes …. The staff is arrogant, rude and this owner is clueless!!! Oh by the way mushroom soup with truffle oil, clearly chef has not tasted oil coats inside of mouth. Nasty! 3/16/12 Local, Aspen
I had the quinoa salad with chicken added. The ingredients were wonderful and blended together beautifully. The portion was not huge, but ok for a small female. Priced at $16.50 it’s not priced for locals, but I will splurge every once and a while! Stacy Basalt 4/21/12
We had dinner there last night and it was disgusting. We were extremely embarrassed as we had guests with us. Our white wine was warm! Even the second bottle they replaced it with wasn’t cold enough. We switched to red. The food is greasy and not at all authentic Italian. Don’t waste your money, go someplace else. Rachael E. NY 7/13/12
I would have loved to tasted the menu. They answered saying it will be over an hour wait for delivery. My friend had ordered here and had to wait an hour and a half. um so i took an hour wait to mean two hours. who knows what this place is about. they man who answers the phone is nice, but then you only wait for your food. order at 5 if you want it by 8 by Niko Aspen

great new addition for Snowmass restaurants. . Both the restaurant and the food are family friendly and a great locals spot to grab drink or have a nice meal after skiing. Service was excellent, food was great and prices are very fair. Give it a try! by kskaar 12/17/11

Owner is the rudest man I have ever dealt with. We waited over 2 hours for our food – missed the rest of our ski day because of the slow food time. How long does it take to make a burger? And how hard is it to treat your customers with respect? by Cris 2/18/12
We went to ? over the winter holidays in 2011. We found it very pretentious. We spent about 180 dollars for two adults and three children for a few “larger portion” appetizers, dishes with incredibly tiny portions of mediocre food, and left starving. Fortunately, we decided to get up and quit in time, going back to our apartment to heat up TV dinners. by Daniel J. 12/26/11
Managment is insensitive to customers with disabilities. If you have a disability you will not be treated with respect and dignity. We will never go back there again. If you patronize this resturant you are supporting discrimination. Suzanne G. 12/31/11

I always go to the ? as they have the best coffee and friendliest baristas in the city so I was hoping the same was true in Aspen. Just finished a perfectly made espresso and great egg and ham sandwich.
The girl behind the counter was cool and filled me in on their roasting in the valley.

? is the best sandwhich place in Town. It has the best value and the best tasting food. hands down! the service is awesome and they remember my name everytime i go there. I definitely recommend this Deli to everyone! ive never had a bad experience there. by Manny 9/10/11

I had a lunch here on my way to my hotel for X Games. I was able to have lunch with a beer for ten dollars. The staff had tons of great ideas for things to do during my brief visit. I also wound up sitting right next to one of the mono skiers who said that this was a must stop for him when he comes through….

At first this restaurant showed potential, they did great bringing our daughter a balloon and cup of water, then it stopped. We sat at our table for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our drink order. A table that came in after us had their order taking while we were still waiting for someone to help us. The owner was talking with another table about the lighting but never came to see if we were helped. A very AWFUL experience! Don’t go here if you want good service! by Michele 7/23/11

Excited to try something new and sat down outside at ??????!. Waited awhile to get served although the owner told us to grab the table and then stood at the front of the entrance. The poor server was running around trying to keep up as fast as he could with no help from anyone else in the restaurant. It was only until the owner sat a family down and then proceeded to wait on them – they got their drinks and food well before we did and then we hear him complaining about the cobblestone and how the city wouldn’t let him put down real floors. He should be lucky he gets the outside space. Thought it was very tacky to complain to your guests. Seemed odd that one table deserves all the attention at your restaurant – maybe him helping bus some tables or helping the server out would have been nice. Food was ok and the atmosphere is nice. I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. I was born in Aspen and ??????! is an embarrassment to our city and reputation. It took a half an hour to get a Caesar Salad with pre-cooked chicken that could have been sold at a gas station. Not only that, but the waitress was very callous and had a hard time acknowledging my presence, this is unacceptable. by Sara 8/01/11
Hands down, the best Mexican food in the Roaring Fork Valley. A little pricey but worth every cent. Even though it is a specialty dining genre, ?????? is a down home, down valley family staple by Kelly 8/7/11
My friend and I decided to eat here because it smelled absolutely delicious. Well, the soup and salad was really good. We couldn’t quite understand the menu, and our waiter spoke to quickly for us to understand. The food was all excellent. The service could have been much better. The waiter would go to the table next to ours and ask them how everything was and get them anything they needed every five minutes, and it seemed like our money didnt matter to him. The food was a bit over priced for the small portions we were given. Probably will never go back again. Unknown 10/9/11
The food that I ordered Crispy Duck and mahi mahi was great. The cocktail was perfect. The service was friendly. My server the one with pony tail was very friendly. We love him. We love your food. We will be back. Maxi 10/21/11
