The Aspen restaurant, Rustique just sent us their special for New Year’s Eve. How many people go out for New Year’s Eve in Aspen, Colorado? It seems like the entire town is out. However, I prefer staying in, enjoying some friends company and then getting to bed so on New Years Day I can hike the bowl. That is the most magical part is being on top of Aspen Highlands while everyone is still sleeping.
