Gisela the new Aspen Italian eatery in the former Gusto space opens tonight. It is a reinvention by the previous owners into something a little fresher. We love the turn around time. Closing at the end of ski season revamping in a matter of months and ready for the summer season. We will see if she will become a favorite restaurant. Good luck.
