Ah what a winterskol. Last night we went to the biggest Soupskol yet. Aspen Chamber Resort Association has done a great job turning this 6 year old event into a solid local soup fest. At least 20 + Aspen Restaurants turned out to dish the soup. Garnish Cafe won the the competition for the 3rd straight year with Church’s Chowder. Nutrition had our favorite soup, pancetta tortellini. Johnny McGuires Deli has the best soup serving station, ladling it from inside the hood of the Volkswagon Dillevery Bug.
