Stopped at Louis Swiss bakery before our day trip to Maroon Bells. Had a delicious latte and the best choco croissant ever! It was light, buttery, and amazing. Tried other pastries but the croissant was hands down our favorite. We picked up some sandwiches and the biggest choco chip cookies we have ever eaten for our hiking adventure. And boy was it an adventure. We missed the last bus and had to walk all the way down to the parking lot. But our picnic lunch next to the river was well worth it!

I needed something quick and easy on my way to Snowmass Village from Aspen. Stopped at Louis Swiss and grabbed the egg burrito with roasted chilis and it was so good! The breakfast burito was big and filling for $8. I will definitely buy it again.

This is the place to go for delicious quality european pastries! They use the highest quality ingredients and you can definitely tell. Everything is really good, my favorite things are usually a pastry, i tried them all theyre all great, and a breakfast burrito. Its their new addition to the things they sell. You have to get there early though cause they go fast. It tastes home made not from a can or something like other places. They use real farm eggs not from a box from the store. They also put authentic mexican salsa! But it is a bit spicy so if you dont like spicy then can make you what you like. Customer service is great, they have two friendly girls there. Although sometimes theres a crazy blonde lady that talks and talks like theres no tomorrow and asks you about your personal life. Its best to avoid her. Other than that i love going there. Oh and they sell hamburgers for luch on fridays with the organic raised beef from the owners ranch. Best burger in town i assure you! The only down thing about this place is the parking. Theres always people there so parking is almost always limited its a small parking lot. Anyway, DEFINITELY reccomend this place, you have to check it out! Although be sure to get there early to get the pick of the day!

I was working at the community college in the AABC and for lunch my favorite place to go is Louis Swiss. They have the best vegetarian sandwich on the freshest bread. For $1 more, you can pick out one of their delicious pastries. They are quick, and easy. However, in the winter there is no place to eat your sandwich. I usually take mine back to the college an eat it in their lobby.
