Executive Chef Bryan Moscatello is serving a festive 4-four course prix fixe alpine dinner for $395\/person, featuring alba and perigord truffles, wagyu strip loin, wild turbot and venison, in addition to foie gras, organic produce and celebratory desserts designed to end the year on a most divine note.<\/p>\n

Ajax Tavern<\/a>\u00a0<\/b>has the\u00a0best seats in Aspen to watch the NYE annual Fireworks shows at 8 pm or midnight. A special 3-course prix fixe dinner features options like black truffle butternut squash soup, Dijon-crusted elk loin, salmon paella, lamb shank bourgignon and white truffle risotto.
