We had great snow and the skiing was awesome!  We tried to get reservations on Christmas Day but the Sushi Restaurant Hongas was closed! I couldn&#8217;t believe it! On the 26th we had the first and the last reservation at Hongas. I love the sushi restaurant Hongas. The mojitos are always good and service was awesome!  The caterpillar roll had changed, which we were not happy about. I loved the crunchy spicy shrimp roll. The tempura vegetables were awesome. The tempura roll with cream cheese and salmon was too rich and no one at our table enjoyed it. I had to try it!  Overall the waitress was awesome. The food came fast and fresh, our drinks were never empty and neither was our stomachs!
