We have over 100 restaurants for a town that has 6,000 permanent residences. With all the restaurants in Aspen, why don&#8217;t we have a great Indian Restaurant? \u00a0Indian, Thai, and other Asian Restaurants are one of my favorite restaurants to visit. As soon as we leave Aspen, I look for great Indian Food!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Secretly I know why we don&#8217;t have an Indian Restaurant, or a Thai Restaurant in Aspen. Our restaurants in Aspen are geared toward the tourists. Many visit from Texas and want steaks, or from NY and want Italian. Who doesn&#8217;t love Italian, or Modern American?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If the restaurants were catering to the locals their would be less high end restaurants and more casual dining with resonable prices.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Oh well&#8230;I don&#8217;t mind the high end restaurants&#8230;..just wanted Indian food.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have so many restaurants in Aspen, Colorado.
