The evening starts with a champagne reception that evolves into four courses of masterful cuisine by Chef Rob uniquely paired with Dalmore\u2019s Core Collection of single malt highland whiskeys and rare vintages. \u00a0It’s truly a treat to have David Robertson with us in Aspen to present and discuss the Dalmore Scotch collection. Robertson says \u201cwhiskey is in his blood\u201d for he has been \u201cimmersed in the sights, smells and smells of the divine liquid\u201d for his entire life with a father in the industry which spawned his career with some of the most distinguished distilleries in Scotland<\/p>\n

The 4 course menu including whiskey pairings will be a $150 per person.
