Guests will enjoy dishes like\u00a0<em>Organic Carrot-Curry Soup<\/em>\u00a0with fried leeks &amp; avalanche goat cheese;\u00a0<em>New York Strip Roasted in Salt Crust\u00a0<\/em>with wild mushroom demi-glace and\u00a0<em>Duck Fat Cooked Potato Wedges\u00a0<\/em>with herbs. The Restaurant will offer their Thanksgiving menu between 11 am and 4 pm for $95.00 per adult, which includes a celebratory glass of Champagne, and $39.00 per child, exclusive of tax and gratuity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For guests looking to enjoy the holiday meal at home without spending the day cooking, The St. Regis will offer beautifully prepared meals available for pick-up. With a minimum of 72 hour notice, Chef Thomas Riordan will create holiday classics like\u00a0<em>Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque<\/em>\u00a0with caramelized apples chestnuts and cinnamon whipped cream;\u00a0<em>Brioche-Rosemary Stuffing<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>Maple Glazed Organic Whole Turkey\u00a0<\/em>with traditional turkey gravy.
