We went to Bad Billy’s Bar and Restaurant in Aspen for their opening night last night. \u00a0We were really dying to try a noodle bowl but alas the kitchen is not up and running yet. \u00a0It’s just great to see the place open and not shuttered for years like the Onion. \u00a0We were appeased with some chips and a fresh made salsa to match our blue moons. \u00a0It was good salsa and much appreciated. \u00a0They told us they will have the menu set and the kitchen will be a go later in the week. \u00a0I’ll be back……<\/p>\n
