An abbreviated version of a N9NE Steakhouse<\/a> is opening for the Aspen off season. When most Aspen Restaurants<\/a> close their doors this one will be opening. It sounds as if they will be using the Fun World Wide Lab, former home of the Aspen Cooking School, as a test kitchen with real customers for a limited amount of time. Serving some N9NE<\/a> favorites as well as some test items. They may just be getting on the ground and running in anticipation of Junk at the Red Onion<\/a> opening this summer. So this could just be a short stint. I do wonder how the few aspen restaurants<\/a> that remain open through the off season feel about it? The N9NE Steakhouse<\/a> will be open April 23rd – May 30th on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights at 6 pm.
