Unlike some other <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eataspen.com\">Aspen restaurants<\/a> that are closing their doors because of a fall off in business this closing is a strategic plan.  The owners feel that after 10 years it&#8217;s good to reinvent oneself. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eataspen.com\/fulllisting.php?row=77\">Gusto<\/a> will be reinvented as Gisela.  A remodeled exterior and interior will refine the space.  They will continue to serve <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eataspen.com\/aspenrestaurants.php?cat=italian\">Italian food<\/a> at the same price point of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eataspen.com\/fulllisting.php?row=77\">Gusto&#8217;s<\/a>.
