Finbarr’s Irish Pub<\/a> is do to open in Aspen, Colorado by late Fall 2011. \u00a0Striving to be a true gastropub with an emphasis on great food by Chef Joe Flamer that will bring it up a notch from former Aspen pubs. \u00a0They also realize Aspen locals make any eating establishment a success and have designed an affordably priced menu as well as a comfortable bar. \u00a0The interior design of dark wood beams and brick walls and the dining room transitions to the lounge and bar with a central fireplace complete with comfortable couches.<\/p>\n

The bar will be serving 9 beers on tap with 8 t.v.’s displaying national as well as international sports games, making a great hangout to watch American Football, World Cup Football, World Cup Skiing, Rugby, and probably even a little Cricket. \u00a0They will also be hosting Apres Ski food & drink specials from 3-5:30 with dinner service beginning at 5:30.<\/p>\n
