Swadee Kaa…. spoken from beautiful Thai girls is just one of the lasting memories of traveling through Thailand that also brings up the sensual memories of the smell of Jasmine, fresh squeezed juice, and really good food. Yes, it’s Thai food that is the most everlasting memory of that trip from the sticky rice and sweet coconut milk we stumbled across at a temple to the great pad thai and crazy little sauces found on every table.<\/p>\n

Thai food still remains a gap in the culinary cuisine of Aspen but coming this week is a special treat for the off season as Jimmy’s restaurant will be serving up a special thai menu May 1-7.
