{"id":27,"date":"2008-11-24T17:11:17","date_gmt":"2008-11-25T00:11:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/eataspen.com\/blog\/?p=27"},"modified":"2008-11-24T17:11:17","modified_gmt":"2008-11-25T00:11:17","slug":"thanksgiving-in-aspen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eataspen.com\/blog\/thanksgiving-in-aspen\/","title":{"rendered":"Thanksgiving in Aspen."},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Thanksgiving has always been one of the more interesting holidays in my book. \u00a0It all started with a &#8220;stray dog&#8221; thanksgiving one year at college. \u00a0A few of us stayed at school for the holiday break and were invited to a faculty member&#8217;s home for the holiday. \u00a0There we found 20 unrelated people enjoying each others company with a feast of food and cocktails.<\/p>\n<p>That is what sets this holiday apart. \u00a0Its key ingredients are good food, good drink, and good people.
