The word on the street is that a Noodle Bar may rise from the ashes of Cooper Street. \u00a0The restaurateurs behind Aspen’s favorite little Sushi Spot Kenichi may be in the works to position themselves in the space formerly occupied by Cooper Street Bar and Restaurant. \u00a0Mentioning that they would offer reasonably priced chicken wings, burgers, and some of the usual pub food that was previously found there in addition to Noodle Bowl selections. \u00a0That’s right, bring in some of the Asian cuisine that made them famous and put a slight spin on at the street. \u00a0Also offered will be healthier alternatives and tasty salads. \u00a0We are pleasantly awaiting the reincarnation of this favorite Aspen spot. \u00a0It may come with the name Bad Boy Billy’s Bar and Restaurant. \u00a0We will see.
