In Basalt along the river is the best place for authentic Mexican meals.<\/p>\n<p>I try to take my little buddy (I am in the Buddy Program) out to lunch to El Taqueria. I love it!  I used to get the Carne Asada which was to die for. I even got my sister from Telluride hooked on it. Now I am trying to eat a little healthier and go for the Ceviche Tostadas! Yummy! My little buddy always goes for the Tortas.  I love that place!
