I guess they haven&#8217;t paid their rent for four months. Where I am renting, I would not have gotten four months of not paying my rent.<\/p>\n<p>I should be sad that one of Aspen&#8217;s local restaurants that has responsible prices has closed. I didn&#8217;t enjoy the dirty dark bar. I didn&#8217;t enjoy the food or the atmosphere. However it was one of Aspen&#8217;s bars that was priced right and a great place for many locals and working men and women to hang out.<\/p>\n<p>A new restaurant and bar may go into Aspen&#8217;s Cooper Street Bar. Hopefully it is not another high end restaurant. I think Aspen has enough high end restaurants and bar.
