The AYPA 8 Minute networking event was awesome! It took place in the St. Regis of Aspen Colorado. There were main Aspen Young Professionals, 60 of us! I met a lot of unique businesses. However, the event started at 6pm which means I ran from work to get there. I hadn’t eaten and by the looks of it, no one else had either! The appetizers came out and only three and not very many of it. I wish there had been a bit more since the event was during dinner time in Aspen. I heard many aspen young professionals saying they had to go eat dinner now! They were so hungry!<\/p>\n
I guess the best part was when we won a gift certificate for two at a Local Aspen Restaurant. It was the Aspen Restaurant Olive’s. So Yes we will be eating in Aspen Colorado and there will be two of us! I can’t wait to taste Olive’s of Aspen!<\/p>\n
