We just roasted some. \u00a0Clean of the big chunks of pulp, mix in some\u00a0melted butter or oil, \u00a0salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, onion powder. Thats the direction we took put you could also use a salt free seasoning blend, Cajun seasoning blend, chili powder, Mexican style chili lime seasoning, Italian seasoning or other herbs or grated hard cheese such as Parmesan. \u00a0The options and room for experimentation are limitless<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 300\u00ba F. \u00a0It&#8217;s O.K. to leave some strings and pulp on your seeds adding flavor, clean off any major chunks. Toss pumpkin seeds in a bowl with the melted butter or oil and seasonings of your choice. Spread pumpkin seeds in a single layer on an oiled baking sheet. (or spray with cooking spray).
