Noodles by Kenichi<\/a> is now open in the revamped Ute City Plaza. \u00a0The redesign of this once\u00a0perpetually empty space seems to shed some light down the stairs. \u00a0There is one of Aspen’s Medicinal Marijuana Clinics in the back along with a mix of other retail stores which promise to make this mini mall a bit more lively.<\/p>\n

Noodles is the third sister restaurant in Aspen by the Kenichi crew.
