With <a href=\"http:\/\/eataspen.com\/fulllisting.php?row=234\">La Palapa<\/a> the owner of Zane&#8217;s is bringing more Mexican flavor from the Snowmass restaurant into Aspen as well as expanding the menu with traditional mexican fare.  We are looking forward to having a Margarita as we fight back memories of Blue Maize.<\/p>\n<p>The true definition of &#8220;La Palapa&#8221; is a structure, such as a bar or restaurant in a tropical resort, that is open-sided and thatched with palm leaves.
