We held a food tasting at Bad Billy’s Restaurant & Bar in Aspen, Colorado<\/a> to help launch an Aspen Tasting Team for TasteCasting. \u00a0We had the opportunity to try a lot of the food and left with a great impression and can easily recommend a meal there for anyone looking for a casual affordable restuarant in Aspen. \u00a0These plates made up opur second course.<\/p>\n

Bad Billy’s Fish&Chips<\/p><\/div>\n

The Shiner Bock Tempura Fish and Chips $9.50<\/strong> is a good size portion served with fries at a great price. \u00a0The tempura batter adds a light crispiness to the traditional Fish Fry.<\/p>\n

Bad Billy’s Burger<\/p><\/div>\n

The Bad Billy Burger<\/strong> is a 1\/2 pound USDA Beef served with fries $9.95<\/strong> (may be substituted w\/ garden burger if preferred) and is offered with all the additions that we like. \u00a0Add American, blue, cheddar, or swiss cheese, sauteed mushrooms, bacon, jalapenos, grilled onions, guacamole, or bbq sauce for $.75 each<\/p>\n

Nice surprise to end the meal was the Dessert Bites<\/strong>. \u00a0Small squares of warm brownies and deep fried cheese cake served with a raspberry sauce. \u00a0Tasty…<\/p>\n
