Welcome 2009!  However about 2pm today three packages where found at two banks and one retail store.  Aspen&#8217;s downtown core has been evacuated and local restaurants have canceled their first seating. This is the biggest night for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eataspen.com\">restaurants in Aspen<\/a>.
