(Closed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eataspen.com\/aspen\/restaurants\/1469\/park90-w-chef-tom-coohill\">Park90 + Chef Tom Coohill<\/a> summer residence at the Chefs Club (Closed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eataspen.com\/aspen\/restaurants\/1470\/big-munchies\">Big Munchies<\/a> opens in the Popcorn Wagon. (closed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eataspen.com\/aspen\/restaurants\/1466\/tatanka\">Tatanka Western Bistro<\/a>&nbsp; opened in the former Ute City Restaurant space on Aspen&#8217;s restaurant row.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eataspen.com\/aspen\/restaurants\/1409\/francescas-pasta-market\">Francesca&#8217;s Pasta Market &amp; Empanadas<\/a> is operating at the AABC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eataspen.com\/aspen\/restaurants\/1475\/oni-aspen\">Oni Aspen<\/a> opened in shared space of Scarlett&#8217;s. (pop up)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Opened Spring 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatbasalt.com\/basalt\/restaurants\/1455\/union-kitchen-meat-&amp;-fish\">Union Kitchen Meat &amp; Fish<\/a> opens in Willits. Chocolate space in Snowmass.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Opened Fall 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatbasalt.com\/basalt\/restaurants\/1436\/ccs-cafe\">CC&#8217;s Cafe<\/a> opened in Basalt&#8217;s old Saxy&#8217;s Cafe space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eataspen.com\/aspen\/restaurants\/1438\/starbucks-\">Starbucks<\/a>&nbsp;rises again in Aspen on the mall in the Rocky Mt.
