Again on my way to ski Ajax I heard a couple of guys talking about Taster’s Restaurant in Aspen Colorado. They mentioned it had a great Apre Ski. They also mentioned that is is a hike to get there from the base of Ajax, but well worth it! I have yet to check it out! I will make sure I do that soon!!
