Aspen is a great town to spend St. Patty’s Day in and considering this year it falls on Saturday March 17 all should be merry.
The J-Bar in addition to Corned Beef & Cabbage the St. Patty’s Day menu inlcudes Fried Green Tomatoes, Pork Green Chili, Grilled Hangar Steak w/ salsa verde, while at the bar you have a choice of Green Beer, Shillelaghs, & Jello Shots or torch it off right w/ an Irish Car Bomb.
Finbarr’s Irish Pub opens at 10 am for the Ireland vs. England Rugby Match & serves Irish Fare & Beers throughout the day.
The Red Onion returns the Bladderbuster w/ Free PBR until someone relieves themselves.
St. Mary’s 126th annual St. Patrick’s Day Dinner is also good spot to get in touch with the community spirit. 4-8pm Saturday. For a suggested donation enjoy beef & pork roast, homemade mashed potatoes, fresh cole slaw, green beans, desserts, ice cream, beer, & wine with live Irish music by “The Crowlin’ Ferlies.”
Snowmass rings in a St. Paddy’s Day Celebration throughout the day beginning with family friendly events, Traditional Irish Dancers, Celtic Music, continuing into the night with celebrations throughout Snowmass restaurants. View Details
