The last days of skiing also means it’s the best time to eat out in Aspen and although many restaurants close for the off season, the ones that remain open often offer some pretty good deals. This coupled with the fact that it’s easy to get a table and everyone is super chill, tends to be the reason many Aspen locals eat out the most during the off seasons.
