I wanted to get a quick bite to eat this afternoon. As I ran through the quick and easy restaurants in Aspen I was disappointed. Finally, I can get a parking space but now a lot of restaurants are closed. I was next to the post office in Aspen and thought I could stop by Sabra’s Deli but they were closed. I was slowly running out of my favorite quick and easy restaurants! Taster’s in Aspen was open but I wasn’t in the mood for pizza and have tried and failed miserably caring a pizza box on my bike.
In the end I decided I could easily go home and create a wonderful meal. I had just gone shopping two days before and made fajitas. They were awesome. In this off season I do want to eat out more and take advantage of some great deals, but those will have to wait for dinner time.
