The word on the street is that a Noodle Bar may rise from the ashes of Cooper Street. The restaurateurs behind Aspen’s favorite little Sushi Spot Kenichi may be in the works to position themselves in the space formerly occupied by Cooper Street Bar and Restaurant. Mentioning that they would offer reasonably priced chicken wings, burgers, and some of the usual pub food that was previously found there in addition to Noodle Bowl selections. That’s right, bring in some of the Asian cuisine that made them famous and put a slight spin on at the street. Also offered will be healthier alternatives and tasty salads. We are pleasantly awaiting the reincarnation of this favorite Aspen spot. It may come with the name Bad Boy Billy’s Bar and Restaurant. We will see. This could be a great new addition to the Aspen Restaurant and Bar scene. Good Luck Bad Boy Billy….. On bit of advise. Change the pretzel barrel to Wasabi green peas……
