Noodles by Kenichi is now open in the revamped Ute City Plaza. The redesign of this once perpetually empty space seems to shed some light down the stairs. There is one of Aspen’s Medicinal Marijuana Clinics in the back along with a mix of other retail stores which promise to make this mini mall a bit more lively.
Noodles is the third sister restaurant in Aspen by the Kenichi crew. You may be familiar with the Kenichi Sushi Restaurant and just down the street they revamped Cooper St. Pier into Bad Billy’s Restaurant & Bar.
