- Buck plans to revive the space under the former Cooper Street Pier location with a skiers bar & affordable food offerings.
- Ryno’s Pub & Pizzeria reemerges down valley in Basalt.
- Sway Thai plans to open on restaurant row in Aspen in the long vacated space of Ute City Restaurant.
