- Pintxos transforms the Bear Den into a wine Bar for the summer.
- Le Bateau opens in the form Wild Fig space across from the Wheeler Opera House.

- Mawita opened in the Collective building at Snowmass Base Village.
- PARC Aspen opened December 2022, offering a seasonally curated menu featuring three distinct levels of dining: the modern locals bar, a contemporary fine dining room and exclusive wine & chef paired dinner.
- Madame Ushi opened in the former 7908 space on Hyman Ave.
- Hominy Southern Kitchen opened in El Jebel.
- Unravel Coffee + Bar opened on Hyman Ave. next to the Wild Fig.

- Yogi’s plans to open across from the Rio Grande Skate Park in the former Tasters Pizza space.
