Sign up today for Soupsköl, January 11, 2013 – space is limited. This friendly competition to find the best soup in town has become one of the most popular events during Wintersköl, January 10-13. Don’t miss out on the fun or this great opportunity to showcase what your restaurant has to offer! Participation is FREE, but registration is required. Please fill out the attached form by Friday, December 14, 2012.
All soup must be made in a certified/licensed kitchen. Each business/participant will be provided a 6’ banquet table, 10’x10’ tent space, 2’x4’ participant name banner, and serving cups for samples. Any decorations and serving equipment must be provided by the participant. Each participant should make at least 25+ gallons of soup for consumers (approximately 2,500-3,000). Registration is free. The winning soup will be announced by 6:30 p.m.
