Lunch is back for the summer!
Small Plates, Large Plates, Raw Bar, New Bar Menu
bb’s re-opens for lunch during the summer, allowing diners to take advantage of the gorgeous, second-floor patio all day. To create delicious dishes for lunch and dinner, bb’s has brought one of Aspen’s favorite chefs – Matt Zubrod – back to town to head the kitchen.
Matt is an accomplished chef, twice-recognized as one of America’s great chefs by the James Beard Foundation. He has created enticing summer menus and is sure to make the community feel welcome.
New this summer is bb’s bar menu, which will offer wallet-friendly options. Guests can enjoy live music on the patio on Friday and Saturday afternoons.
