Both Aspen Restaurants D19 & Dish Aspen closed for the fall 2009 off season this past weekend. The word on the street is D19 and Dish may be closed for good. Dena Marino was shopping around for new investors or a buyer for D19 and it’s fate is still up in the air. The partnership in Dish broke in Spring 2009 with Chef Matt Zubrod ending up in Hawaii. They were looking for a buyer then and it didn’t happen. Mitchell Sher continued operations through the summer and now we will see.
