Chef Rob Zack of Hotel Jerome and David Robertson, Rare Whisky Director for Dalmore Scotch host an “Intimate Scotch Dinner” in the Library at the Hotel Jerome Wednesday, February 20th at 6:30 pm
The evening starts with a champagne reception that evolves into four courses of masterful cuisine by Chef Rob uniquely paired with Dalmore’s Core Collection of single malt highland whiskeys and rare vintages. It’s truly a treat to have David Robertson with us in Aspen to present and discuss the Dalmore Scotch collection. Robertson says “whiskey is in his blood” for he has been “immersed in the sights, smells and smells of the divine liquid” for his entire life with a father in the industry which spawned his career with some of the most distinguished distilleries in Scotland
The 4 course menu including whiskey pairings will be a $150 per person.
