Gusto Ristorante is having it’s last night on April 4th. Unlike some other Aspen restaurants that are closing their doors because of a fall off in business this closing is a strategic plan. The owners feel that after 10 years it’s good to reinvent oneself. Gusto will be reinvented as Gisela. A remodeled exterior and interior will refine the space. They will continue to serve Italian food at the same price point of Gusto’s. Gisela should be opening June 5th.
