Our Rooftop Café serves a delicious rotating menu made with fresh local ingredients and features sweeping views of Aspen Mountain and Independence Pass. We are excited to be partnered with The Farmer & Chef, led by Joey Scarlett & Tiffany Pineda-Scarlett, a husband and wife team dedicated to localizing our food systems one delicious plate at a time, with a new focus on genuinely local, organic food made with exceptional love and care. Our new Rooftop Café is committed to sharing real farm-to-fork experiences with the Roaring Fork Valley.
