There’s a new way to get your morning coffee in El Jebel. Circadian Coffee Co is now open at 70 El Jebel Road with a drive-thru lane and a walk-up window, so you can grab a latte without leaving the car.
Owner Heather Short spent about three years getting the stand built, from permits and inspections to pouring concrete. Circadian started as a pop-up at Thai House Co. & Sushi before moving into its custom shipping container in the plaza by the El Jebel Laundromat. Look for the giant coffee bean sculpture at the drive-thru entrance.
What’s on the menu
- Espresso drinks served hot, iced or blended
- Lattes made with house-made syrups
- Açaí bowls made in-house
- Smoothies, juice and hot chocolate for non-coffee drinkers
- Pastries baked in-house and from local bakers
It’s an easy stop on the way up or down valley, and a handy one if you’re towing a boat out to Ruedi.
