Las Montanas is a new Mexican restaurant opened in the summer of 2022, specializing in large family style lunches and dinners. Guests have the opportunity to buy out our restaurant for large special events

"Las Montañas, located in the heart of downtown Aspen, serves Mexican food highlighting Tex-Mex classics (think queso and chips, tabletop sizzling fajitas, enchilada combo platters, and housemade tortillas) as well as ceviches and aguachiles. Cocktails and agave spirits, as well as our extensive wine list, round out the full Las Montañas experience. We are open 7 days a week for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

The second floor restaurant, with views of the surrounding mountains, includes a large dining room with table and booth seating, large bar, outdoor patios, and ample space for large parties. The colorful interior, designed by Lambert McGuire Design, features familiar Mexican elements such as arched door openings, weathered wood detailing, bright tile, and rustic furniture."
