Named one of the 100 Best Restaurants in the country by Time Magazine, Aspen’s Chefs Club is located in the iconic St. Regis hotel where visiting Chefs takeover the space for several months to offer diners a unique culinary experience through the Chefs Club Residency Program. This revolutionary approach to fine-dining invites chefs from around the world to bring their culinary vision to life in Aspen. From June 15th through September 6th, Chef Matthew Accarrino will be the first Chef-in-Residence at Chefs Club Aspen. The Executive Chef of San Franciscoâ’s Michelin-Starred SPQR will work alongside Todd Slossberg of Chefs Club Aspen to offer guests a creative and welcoming menu of seasonal and product driven food and drink with a nod to Accarrino’s Italian roots.
