Chefs Club by Food & Wine serves dishes a special ”Land & Sea” inspired entrée and a host of sweet endings and libations exclusively for the romantic occasion in addition to the regular menu
The special is grilled prime rib and lobster, served w/ a golden potato purée & tarragon emulsion. The selection of special Valentine’s Day desserts, includes Chocolate and Strawberries for Two, Dark Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Mousse and Strawberry Gelée.
