We headed down valley from Aspen, Colorado and had dinner at Sushi Ya GO GO. This restaurant used to be in Aspen but has moved down valley. The best part was the prices! They have a great price for food and drinks. A dinner for four cost $115 with tip and we appetizers, drinks, sushi rolls, and dessert! Wow! In the Aspen restaurant Matsuhisa for two people it is usually cost $150! We would not have had many appetizers or drinks!
For great sushi at a great price, head west from Aspen and stop in Sushi Ya-Go Go!
