The new eatery Mill Street Melts on the corner of Hyman Ave. & Mill St. is now operating out of Aspen’s Iconic Popcorn Wagon. Intent on serving Aspen locals delicious lunch melts throughout the day and into late night, they will keep continuous service throughout the off-season. Hallelujah! We’ve been waiting for the proper rebirth of the Popcorn Wagon. They also deliver in town from noon-5pm.
