Aspen, Colorado’s Ecofest kicks off this weekend June 3rd-5th with plenty of good eats.
Local Aspen restaurateurs & food providers take to the streets with the Taste of Aspen Food Court offering tasty treats with demos serving local & organic goodness on Saturday & Sunday 10am – 5pm June 4 & 5th.
The Green Tie Ball offers a Sustainable Buffet Dinner on Saturday night from 6-8pm at the beautiful Limelight Lodge (downtown Aspen, just one block away from the town center.) You may attend in your best “ASPEN GREEN TIE” attire. This event was so much fun last year, we just can’t wait to see what everyone is wearing this year! Foods will be provided by several area restaurants, farmers, and food purveyors. This is a favorite yummy experience. All foods are local from Colorado and created by various chefs. Buy Tickets
