bb’s offers a specialty crafted prix fixe menu by Chef Matt Zubrod. $195/person $75/wine pairing –View Menu

Takah Sushi offers a set price that allows you to order anything & everything from the menu. Yes, all you can eat.
Early seating 5:30-6:45pm $125/person, Late seating 7:15-10:30pm $175/person, Sushi bar all night $125/person
The bar and lounge can also be a la carte.  Live music 10:30pm until 1:30am.

Element 47 rings in the New Year with a champagne toast and fabulous meal at Aspen’s hottest New Year’s Eve spot. Executive Chef Bryan Moscatello is serving a festive 4-four course prix fixe alpine dinner for $395/person, featuring alba and perigord truffles, wagyu strip loin, wild turbot and venison, in addition to foie gras, organic produce and celebratory desserts designed to end the year on a most divine note.

Ajax Tavern has the best seats in Aspen to watch the NYE annual Fireworks shows at 8 pm or midnight. A special 3-course prix fixe dinner features options like black truffle butternut squash soup, Dijon-crusted elk loin, salmon paella, lamb shank bourgignon and white truffle risotto. Choose the early seating ($195/person) if you’d like to be out by 8:30 p.m. Otherwise, settle in for dinner and a fireworks show with the late seating. ($250/person).

Aspen’s Bottomless Cristal New Years Eve Party
Experience the white hot magic of New Year’s Eve at Aspen’s Premier VIP party. The Little Nell will transform into a Winter Wonderland, offering two music stages for live jazz with Steve Peer and dancing to the sounds of electric violinist Katerina Visnevska and DJ. This free flowing party will take place throughout the bars, patio and living room of The Little Nell, complete with open bar, unlimited Cristal champagne and all-you-can-eat food stations. 10 pm–1:30 am. Trecento Quindici Decano at The St. Regis Aspen rings in the New Year with a New Year’s Eve family buffet, featuring champagne toasts, party favors, and a special buffet for the children from 6-11pm. Adults $105/Children $45.
Guests can toast to new beginnings at the New Year’s Day Breakfast Buffet 10am-2pm including a Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar (Adults $45/Children $19), followed by a special viewing of the Rose Bowl football game held in the Shadow Mountain Lounge at 3pm.
